Royale Noir Theme is a cool theme for Windows XP. It’s have two models, Royale Blue themes and Royale Noir Black themes. So, download Royale Noir Theme now!
To install, you just extract it. After extracted, that folder “Royale Noir Theme” must be moving to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\. Then, right click on the Desktop > Properties > Appearance > And you’ll find the “Windows and buttons” click it and you can find the “Royale”. There are two models, Blue and Black, you’ll can find it on “Color Scheme” Then, click “Apply”. And what happen? Your themes is changed! Cool?
