No$gba (Nocash Game Boy Advance Emulator) is a Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS emulator for Microsoft Windows that features multiplayer support. It is currently the fastest working GBA emulator, as it can run most games at full speed on a computer with an Intel Pentium or faster processor. This is due to it being written entirely in 80×86 assembly. It is also the only working GBA or NDS emulator for MS-DOS.

To install, you just extract it. After extracted, that folder “Royale Noir Theme” must be moving to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\. Then, right click on the Desktop > Properties > Appearance > And you’ll find the “Windows and buttons” click it and you can find the “Royale”.
